* Planning, structuring, organizing and handoff of the First Article Test (FAT) Program for the AN/UPM-155 Radar Test Set {Contributed significantly to the success of the FAT};
* Automation Integration and Upgrade Program for the Integrated Logistics Support Directorate (included Word Processing, Graphics, Reliability, Maintainability, Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR), Life Cycle Cost and EMI Test Software/Hardware acquisitions and implementations) {Resulted in much higher Customer Satisfaction with 2 1/2 times the amount of products/services while reducing personnel to 40% of the original total).

All company Field Engineering activities. These included program management of production and maintenance of satellite communications links at five remote sites and three main plants;
* Total profit/loss responsibility for this company business segment to include indirect/direct budgets, marketing, proposals, Customer interface, negotiations, and contract satisfaction {Resulted in a total turn-around in Customer negative attitude and increased a very profitable segment from $100K to $3M in less than one year}.



Total responsibility to the Vice President of Honeywell [formerly Allied Signal] Amex Systems Engineering for:(August 1985 - March 1988)for:


* All company ILS developmental activities; These included all Reliability, Maintainability, System Safety, Human Factors/Engineering and Life Cycle Cost Tasks and products for Radar Test Sets, Aircraft Software Test Sets, Personnel Radars, Space Shuttle Satellite Communication Links, and FAA Weather Systems {All deliverables were submitted ontime and within budget}.
* Led and intensively participated in mathematical calculations of Reliability Probability Of Success (POS) for US Navy Mobile Sea Range Program leading to contract incentive award of $2,000,000.

Researched, developed and produced the following documentation for the Rockwell International Space Transportation Division (March 1983 - September 1984):

* On-OrbitReliability, Maintainability, Safety and Human Factors/Engineering using Tele-operated and Tele-Presence Subsystems {accepted by NASA};
* On-Orbit Maintenance of the Space-Based Laser System;

Total responsibility for the development and production of the Northrop B-2 Document (February 1982 - March 1983)
